5 things everyone should do in the morning

1.) Meditate

Before you start worrying about the stresses of life. Take 15 minutes to yourself and dedicate it to deep thought. Figure out everything you need to complete in the day and pour that into yourself.

2.) Take Notes

Take a notepad and pencil, write out five things that you need to complete today, and complete those tasks. Finish the goals you need to, and focus on your responsibilities. Once those tasks and your responsibilities are complete focus on leisure and relaxation. Decompress.

3.) Drink a full glass of water

Studies show that drinking water in the morning can help aid in mental clarity and help clear toxins from your body. Don’t shy away from drinking a bottle of water in the mornings. it is well worth it!

4.) Eat a nutritious breakfast

Ensure your body is getting the fuel it needs for the day. Contrary to popular belief pop tarts are not a nutritious meal! Eat foods that help complete your food pyramid for the day.

5.) Jog

Go for a morning jog! It will help you wake up and clear your mind. This will also help you burn a few extra calories and keep you alert for the rest of the day.

These five habits can help aid you in becoming a happier healthier version of yourself. I hope this helped.
